This leadership role oversees the launch of a new oncology product, focusing on launch excellence and consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, strategically grounded work. It serves as a senior partner to clients and internal teams, ensuring strong operational and financial stewardship across launch programs. The position drives successful execution and supports long-term account growth.
Lead launch planning, readiness, and execution as the primary partner to client stakeholders. Oversee end-to-end programs from strategy through multichannel execution. Manage account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and staffing with project management and finance partners.
Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Medical, Production, and cross-functional partners to deliver work aligned to client goals. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team across multiple brands or accounts. Requirements
- 10+ years of client services experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising environments
- 2+ years of hands-on consumer oncology experience supporting brands across multiple indications or life-cycle stages
- Experience supporting consumer launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
- Experience shaping patient support approaches for oncology patients across the treatment journey
- Experience managing $8–12M+ in annual scope across multiple brands or complex accounts
- Proven financial ownership including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning across teams
- Experience contributing to account planning and identifying client growth opportunities
- Working knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations
