The Junior Digital Media Planner at Havas Media Group plans, executes, and optimizes digital campaigns, ensuring fulfillment of brand and performance objectives. This role involves data analysis, media selection, and efficient budget management to drive client success in a dynamic agency environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include designing digital media strategies aligned with client goals such as branding, traffic, and conversions. Plan campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic, while managing implementation, monitoring, and continuous optimization for peak performance.
Coordinate with internal teams in creativity, accounts, and data to guarantee seamless execution of campaigns. This collaborative approach ensures integrated solutions that meet client expectations and agency standards.
Analyze campaign results to generate performance reports with actionable insights, controlling budgets focused on ROI, CPC, CPA, and CPM. Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and new platforms to maintain a competitive edge in media planning.
Requirements
- Bachiller or titulado in Marketing, Communications, Administration or related fields
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in digital media planning
- Handling of platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Google Analytics
- Knowledge in programmatic buying (desirable)
- Excel at intermediate/advanced level
- Intermediate English (desirable)
