Manage an active pipeline through network leverage and proactive, structured prospecting. Collaborate closely with SDR team, Business Unit Directors, and Growth Strategy area for aligned ICPs and efficient opportunity conversion.
Operate with high autonomy to meet annual new business targets in a culture of excellence, agility, and collaboration. Partner with over 400 experts driving technological revolution in marketing. Work alongside official partners like Meta, Google Premium, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Requirements
- Consolidated experience in selling digital advertising spaces, Paid Media, creativity, organic, data, and technology
- Strong results orientation with constant focus on generating new business opportunities
- Actively manage sales pipeline ensuring continuous opportunity flow
- Leverage network of contacts and conduct proactive, structured prospecting
- High degree of autonomy in pipeline management and development
- Collaborate with SDRs, Business Unit Directors, and Growth Strategy for ICP alignment
- Facilitate access to key accounts and maximize opportunity-to-revenue conversion
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for selling digital advertising spaces, focusing on Paid Media and other Adsmurai services (Creativity, organic, data, and technology)
- Leverage experience to identify new business opportunities and offer personalized solutions to clients
- Manage relationships with key clients and lead high-level strategic negotiations
- Utilize existing network of contacts to attract clients and consolidate revenue base
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-need-aligned proposals reflecting market trends
- Ensure achievement of demanding sales objectives and report results to executive team
- Generate and close new business opportunities consistently
