Lead highest-stakes commerce design work for top accounts, from A+ Content and Brand Stores to video and Sponsored Brands. Translate performance data into sharper creative decisions across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Chewy. Design with awareness of search, SEO, and emerging AI-driven shopping tools.

Consult as senior creative voice with retail operations, performance, and strategy teams. Mentor design, copy, and studio team members to raise craft and judgment. Partner across functions in a 100% remote environment focused on brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

Serve as creative lead on new business pitches and client engagements to close defining commerce work. Develop frameworks and thought leadership positioning Tinuiti as the voice in commerce creative. Stay ahead of platform changes to turn them into client opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience, with significant time designing for Amazon and at least one other major commerce platform
  • Recognized as an expert in the Commerce Creative ecosystem—A+ / Premium A+, Stores, DPIs, video, Sponsored Brands—and understand the data behind what performs
  • Track record of work that reframed what a platform could do, not just work that followed the spec sheet
  • Deep knowledge of commerce creative systems and performance data translation for creative decisions
  • Expertise in e-commerce search, SEO, discoverability, indexing, keyword strategy, and emerging AI shopping surfaces
  • Proven ability to lead new business pitches and high-level client presentations with conviction

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic creative direction for designs across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Chewy, and emerging commerce platforms—defining the point of view, not just executing
  • Lead the highest-stakes commerce design work across top accounts, from A+ Content and Brand Stores to DPIs, video, and Commerce Media creative
  • Master commerce creative systems and know when to break, bend, or push past defaults to create groundbreaking platform work
  • Translate Amazon, Walmart, and marketplace performance data into creative decisions to defend, refine, or kill ideas
  • Design with sharp awareness of search and SEO best practices for e-commerce, including discoverability, indexing, keyword strategy, and AI tools like Amazon's Rufus
  • Articulate the why behind every design choice through lenses of shopper, platform, brand, and business outcome for internal and client audiences
  • Consult with retail operations, performance, and strategy teams as senior creative voice; partner across functions
  • Mentor design, copy, and studio team members; develop frameworks and thought leadership in commerce creative
