As Art Director, join our creative team to bring bold ideas to life across a financial client and platforms. Develop visually driven concepts with strong design fundamentals. Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and leadership on compelling, on-brand work.

Be an integral part of a dedicated, close-knit team focused on a leading financial client. Collaborate closely, support one another, and bring energy and fun to daily work. Our onsite agencies enable proximity for better collaboration and marketing solutions.

Leverage AI-driven tools, generative platforms, and emerging technologies to enhance output. Apply a future-forward mindset to explore innovative approaches and automation. Push creative boundaries while ensuring high-quality execution across platforms.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or related environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, layout, typography, and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to design for both digital-first platforms and traditional advertising formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or Figma experience is a plus
  • AI experience and curiosity - Familiarity with AI-driven tools, generative platforms, or willingness to experiment
  • Future-forward mindset - Open to exploring innovative approaches, automation, and AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated advertising campaigns
  • Design visual assets across digital, social, print, video and experiential platforms
  • Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to bring ideas to life
  • Apply brand guidelines while contributing fresh visual ideas
  • Prepare files for production and ensure high-quality execution
  • Incorporate feedback from creative leadership and clients efficiently
