As a medior creative team (copywriter + art director), build digital-first campaigns relevant in today's social feeds. Think in platform logic, understand content consumption on TikTok and Meta. Deliver strong creatives that shine in hero videos, midfunnel, and always-on content, translating strategy into concepts that attract attention and convert.
Develop and support creative 360° campaigns for local and international clients. Create digital-first social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Devise midfunnel formats to boost engagement, tap into trends and cultural moments, and collaborate on hooks, creators, and content series.

Requirements
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring as creatief duo in a bureau- or agency environment
- Portfolio shows a mix of projects ready for the next step
- Up to date with TikTok trends, Meta algorithms, and midfunnel effectiveness
- Conceptually strong, hands-on, and quick in execution
- Proactive and eager to learn with drive to grow
- Native Dutch and good English knowledge
- Available on freelance basis with valid VAT number
