You will develop innovative ideas across multiple brands within a leading FMCG client portfolio. This includes creating activation campaigns, social content, and internal communications, while presenting concepts confidently to internal teams and clients. You'll also maintain a continuous flow of proactive, original ideas.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you'll join a collaborative team of around 20 in a fast-paced studio environment. Agility, creativity, and attention to detail are key as you work closely with Creative and Social teams, while also working independently. You'll deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.

You'll have the opportunity to work with major brands and stay ahead of digital culture trends. Your ability to connect authentically with Gen Z audiences will drive impactful, relevant ideas and content. You'll be fluent in their language and in tune with their cultural references.

Requirements

  • Proven agency experience with client-facing responsibilities and strong ability to ideate and execute creative concepts for social media
  • Experience developing content across social, newsletters, and internal communications
  • Skilled in crafting compelling, platform-native copy and adapting tone across formats (Copywriter)
  • Excellent design sensibility with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools (Art Director)
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats, with ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Confidence presenting ideas to clients and excellent time management for multiple projects
  • Experience with multilingual projects is a plus
  • A strong portfolio
