About this role

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service in London, combining data, technology, creative and paid media to solve brands' business problems. We drive revenue through digital marketing solutions including social, influencer, TTL ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation.

As a creative lead on an exciting AI client, you'll oversee work ranging from simple BAU creative responses to full productions across global markets. You'll attend and lead in-person creative sprints and workshops with both internal and client creative teams.

You'll work with a wider team of creatives, designers and producers, providing clear, decisive feedback and guidance. Building, delegating and empowering the team is key, but you'll also be a hands-on creative willing to get your hands dirty to help the team succeed.

Communication and presentation skills are critical due to frequent touchpoints with senior stakeholders across the UK and US. You'll work fast and nimble, getting work organised and ready to present to clients, while staying up-to-date with advertising trends and pop culture.

Requirements

  • Be an AI-native and have an interest in AI generally
  • Strategically minded with the ability to sell bigger ideas
  • Must be Figma-native (where 90% of work/presentations happen)
  • Keep up to date with the latest tech/AI trends and have a broad understanding of the competitor landscape
  • Strong performance chops
  • Outstanding portfolio across multiple creative disciplines with examples of tech or AI-led campaigns
  • Ability to work fast and be decisive
  • High attention to visual and copywriting details

  • Craft brilliant, award-winning ideas that capture attention and inspire our clients' creatives
  • Create opportunities for account growth through selling brilliant creative campaigns with community and culture at their heart
  • Apply strategic thinking to lead your roster of clients to success through excellent creative
  • Lead, develop, motivate and inspire DEPT's creative teams and encourage collaboration
  • Work closely with the accounts team to ensure a smooth monthly production process
  • Suggest best ways of working and hustle for the best opportunities
  • Deliver and inspire innovative, high-quality work across all deliverables from the team
  • Present work internally and externally to an excellent standard
