The Advisors Creative Desk ideates and creates engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect advertising partners, platforms, and the portfolio of brands. This Graphic Designer role focuses on delivering creative assets for client campaigns across print, digital, and social channels.
Working closely with Creative Desk Project Managers, Art Director and Copywriters, the designer ensures end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns. Responsibilities include maintaining quality and consistency of content and design to industry standards and client branding guidelines while meeting time and budget targets.
The role offers the opportunity to present brand creative concepts to marketing teams and support social media efforts through content research, creation, and moderation. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud enables production of email, banner, and graphical design elements for multiple mediums.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and InDesign; HTML5 skills ideal
- Strong portfolio of design work showing solutions to business problems through effective design
- Understanding and experience in UX-based email design and UI design standards
- Experience executing campaigns in social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Bachelor degree qualified with postgraduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing
Responsibilities
- Creative design of on/offline assets for client campaigns
- Manage websites and technical build of EDM campaigns
- Support the Creative and Art Director as required
- Work closely with Creative Desk Project Managers, Art Director and Copywriters to ensure end-to-end campaign development and delivery
- Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of content and design across all mediums to industry standards and client branding guidelines
- Present brand creative concepts to marketing teams for consumer advertising across print, press, magazines and other printed comms
- Produce email and banner designs using Adobe Creative Cloud and optimise graphic elements and image resizing
- Support social media efforts including content research, creation, monitoring and moderating follower interactions
