Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to achieve performance and ROI goals. Manage multi-channel advertising including Search, Display, YouTube, and Discover while identifying growth opportunities through keyword, audience, and competitor research. Monitor budgets, bids, and daily performance with key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaign management
- Proficiency in multi-channel advertising including Search, Display, YouTube, and Discover
- Strong skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Expertise in creating and testing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages with AI tools
- Ability to analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Experience setting up conversion tracking with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of advertising policy compliance in regulated niches like Nutra
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to achieve performance and ROI goals
- Manage multi-channel advertising (Search, Display, YouTube, Discover, etc.) and identify growth opportunities through keyword, audience, and competitor research
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page angles using AI tools and data-driven insights
- Monitor budgets, bids, and daily performance, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to continuously optimize campaigns
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies, especially in sensitive niches like Nutra
