P&G is the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world with operations in over 75 countries. BeautyHouse serves as the multidisciplinary design studio supporting beauty brands globally through diverse skills and viewpoints. The team seeks a Graphic Designer to join the NA Skin Care group.
The role focuses on developing creative work across 2D package design, instore materials, and digital activation. Hands-on execution requires expertise in relevant design software to deliver established concepts through to finished executions. An understanding of the full creative process supports bringing ideas to life.
Designers sit elbow to elbow with Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Package Development to generate insights. The studio ethos centers on rebellion against the ordinary and pursuit of the extraordinary through thoughtful strategies. Collaboration with like-minded creatives and multidisciplinary teams drives support for business needs.

Requirements
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
- Entry-3 years of full-time design work experience outside of freelance work.
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery in design principles and brand identity assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
- Experience designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays with basic understanding of print feasibility.
- Expertise in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft programs (Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work onsite at the Cincinnati, OH office 3-5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Build concepts executing the visual strategy for brands across packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, and social media.
- Develop a broad range of creative work consisting of 2D package design, instore, and digital activation.
- Deliver established design concepts to finished executions using relevant design software.
- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
- Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices to multi-functional partners.
- Maintain accountability for excellent execution across all deliverables.
