The Senior Copywriter at MarketBridge is a highly organised individual with a passion for technology and the ability to deliver engaging, innovative campaigns and digital communications. This role balances brand awareness and demand objectives to craft integrated marketing solutions that resonate with business audiences.
Day-to-day, the Senior Copywriter originates strong concepts and activations, recommending content that supports data-driven content strategies in close collaboration with Strategy and Insight. They write strategic, conceptual, and highly targeted copy across digital, social, video scripts, white papers, and messaging frameworks, always taking a customer-first approach to understand the specific business reader.
As part of the Creative Services department, the Senior Copywriter works closely with Creative, Design, Strategy, Digital, and Client Services teams to ensure integrated campaigns. They collaborate across creative disciplines, supporting the Copy Lead and Associate Creative Director to execute work to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with over 150 global clients across technology, financial services, healthcare, and other sectors. The Senior Copywriter will help challenge traditional B2B speak and turn complex technology into captivating copy, contributing to innovative Go-to-Market systems that connect strategy, AI, creativity, and measurement.
Requirements

- Strong skills in articulating and presenting creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Deep understanding of clients’ businesses and industries, especially in B2B technology sectors.
- Customer-first approach to content creation, writing for specific business readers in a professional, inspiring tone.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Client Services, Strategy, and Creative Services teams.
- Experience writing strategic, highly targeted copy across multiple channels including digital, social, video, white papers, and messaging frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Turn complex technology into captivating copy and challenge traditional notions of B2B speak.
- Write strategic, conceptual, and highly targeted copy for all elements of the marketing mix across digital, social, video scripts, white papers, and messaging frameworks.
- Take a customer-first approach, understanding the specific business reader and how to engage them in a professional, inspiring way.
- Participate in ideation sessions to share new copy perspectives and originate strong creative concepts.
- Support the Copy Lead and Associate Creative Director in executing creative projects to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate across creative disciplines with designers, strategists, and client services to develop integrated campaigns.
- Balance brand awareness and demand generation objectives in copy execution to meet commercial requirements.
- Recommend content strategies and messaging frameworks in close collaboration with Strategy and Insight.
