About this role
We are searching for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding visual design solutions across digital and print channels, supporting both client and internal projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, acute attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating high standard of graphic design for marketing campaigns, branding, content assets.
Conceptualize and execute compelling graphic designs for digital campaigns, print marketing, branding, and presentations. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and copywriting teams to create engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines. Lead and participate in design brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and feedback to colleagues.
Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high visual quality across all outputs. Present design ideas and rationale clearly to internal stakeholders and clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, graphic design technologies, and innovative design techniques.

Requirements
- +2 years of proven experience in a graphic or visual design role, ideally in both agency and in-house environments
- Expert skill level with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including digital ads, web graphics, social media visuals, and print materials
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, translate concepts into visuals, and deliver design work within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas in English
- Thorough understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout principles
- Experience preparing print-ready files and working with printers or production teams
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
