As Creative Lead, you will translate campaign objectives into effective creative direction, develop content briefs, and review creator concepts and deliverables. You'll ensure content is strategically positioned for success before it ever goes live, balancing strong creative instincts with strategic thinking.
You'll partner closely with Account Management, Strategy, Insights, and creators to ensure every campaign is built on strong creative foundations and executed with excellence. This role involves leading brainstorming sessions, building content frameworks and creative guidelines, and coaching creators through concept development to elevate content quality while preserving their unique voice.
Your work will directly shape how brands connect with audiences through authentic, engaging creator partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to establish and evolve creative best practices and performance benchmarks across the agency while staying ahead of social trends and emerging content formats.
Requirements
- Strong creative instincts and strategic thinking.

- Experience building content frameworks, story arcs, messaging recommendations, and creative guidelines.
- Knowledge of social trends, platform shifts, and emerging content formats.
- Strong partnership skills with Account Management, Strategy, Insights, and creators.
Responsibilities
- Develop social-first creative strategies and content approaches that align with campaign goals and platform best practices.
- Create strategic content briefs that translate brand objectives into actionable creative direction for creators.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative development for influencer campaigns.
- Review influencer content plans, concepts, and submissions to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Provide clear, actionable creative feedback that strengthens storytelling, audience engagement, brand integration, authenticity, and platform relevance.
- Evaluate content through both a creative and performance lens, identifying strengths and opportunities related to hooks, pacing, retention, and entertainment value.
- Identify creative drivers of success across campaigns and translate learnings into actionable recommendations for future creative development.
- Help establish and evolve creative best practices, frameworks, and performance benchmarks across the agency.
