About this role
Frontify’s brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. As our Brand Creative Copywriter, you’ll help shape how our brand expresses its point of view across campaigns, social media, webinars, thought leadership, product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, content, product marketing, and social, turning company priorities into sharp, distinctive messaging that resonates with marketing and creative leaders. You’ll help define what Frontify believes, not just what Frontify says, by developing stronger messaging systems, creative platforms, and narratives.
Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch of designers, brand managers, content managers, and creative professionals from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product while always keeping room for new ideas and approaches.
You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and our Creative Studio to shape ideas before execution. This role offers the chance to help Frontify develop a more distinctive, confident brand voice and avoid generic B2B SaaS language, using AI thoughtfully as part of the creative workflow.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B brand copywriting, creative strategy, messaging, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing brand messaging, campaign platforms, social concepts, webinar content, or thought leadership programs for complex audiences.
- Understanding of marketers, brand leaders, and creative teams, along with their needs and challenges.
- Ability to work in a hybrid format with on-site presence in the London office twice a week.
- Strong human judgment, taste, and strategic control when using AI in creative workflows.
- Proven ability to develop distinctive, confident brand voice and avoid generic B2B SaaS language.
Responsibilities
- Help define and sharpen Frontify's point of view on brand orchestration, AI, governance, creative quality, and the future of brand management.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, ownable messaging that works across multiple channels and audiences.
- Develop campaign narratives, social content, webinar storylines, launch messaging, event themes, editorial angles, and brand storytelling concepts.
- Write the content that brings those ideas to life across key brand and marketing channels.
- Build messaging systems, content pillars, social formats, and repeatable frameworks that help Frontify show up consistently over time.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and the Creative Studio to shape ideas before execution.
- Bring proactive thinking to the team through new perspectives, audience insights, competitive observations, and cultural relevance.
- Use AI thoughtfully as part of the creative and content workflow while maintaining strong human judgment, taste, and strategic control.
