Join a highly collaborative and fast-paced Marketing & Communications team where you’ll shape how the brand comes to life across a wide range of channels. As Manager, Graphic Design, you’ll play a key role in translating complex business priorities into compelling, high-impact visual storytelling.

Lead the design and delivery of creative assets across print, digital, social, presentations, motion and environmental applications. Organize detailed information from annual reports and corporate publications into clear, engaging visual narratives that align with brand standards.

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team within the Strategy and Stakeholder Relations division, reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative Production. Collaborate closely with communications, digital, and business teams while working with external vendors and creative resources.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of the organization’s visual identity across campaigns, communications, and platforms while delivering creative solutions that engage audiences both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a corporate or complex business environment.
  • Strong design expertise with a refined eye for typography, layout, composition, and production quality.
  • Experience designing complex, content-rich materials such as reports, presentations, and publications.
  • Proven ability to translate detailed business content into clear and engaging visual solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), presentation tools (PowerPoint) and collaborative design tools (Canva, Figma).
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
  • Experience working with external vendors and providing creative direction.
  • Working knowledge of photography and video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of creative assets across print, digital, social, presentations, motion and environmental applications, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Lead the design of complex, content-rich materials such as annual reporting, corporate publications, and presentations, organizing detailed information into clear, engaging visual narratives.
  • Translate complex business content and data into clear, visually engaging design solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing & Communications teams to develop creative concepts from idea through execution.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing hands-on execution with coordination of internal and external resources.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organization’s visual identity across campaigns, communications, and platforms.
