The Group Account Director leads a portfolio of client accounts at Klick, ensuring exceptional delivery, strategic guidance, and strong partnership across teams in life sciences. The role oversees client relationships, drives growth opportunities, and champions operational excellence throughout every program.
Day-to-day work involves managing account portfolios, guiding project execution with full regulatory compliance, and overseeing budgets, forecasting, and staffing needs. Cross-functional collaboration ensures work meets accuracy standards and delivers high client satisfaction.

Requirements
- 10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising experience
- Experience managing $8–12M+ in scope and overseeing multiple brands or large accounts
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships at the Director/Senior Director level
- Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of US pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations
- Experience creating or reviewing scopes of work with project management partners
Responsibilities
