About this role

TEAM LEWIS is hiring a mid-weight Creative Team of Copywriter and Art Director to develop strong, insight-led creative across integrated campaigns. The role reports to the Creative Director and is based at London HQ.

You will work as a duo and as part of a wider studio, collaborating closely with strategy, client teams, digital, social and production. The focus is bringing work to life across multiple formats and channels.

This is a great opportunity for a pair who can move from concept to execution, generating ideas, crafting messaging and designing standout assets with equal confidence. Ideas must flex across social, digital, web, film, print and experiential.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop insight-led creative concepts for integrated campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills across social, digital, web, OOH and campaign messaging.
  • Mid-weight Art Director experience designing assets for digital and print channels.
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and attention to detail in typography and layout.
  • Experience adapting tone of voice for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Skill in preparing artwork for production and delivering final files accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling campaign concepts and creative platforms from briefs, insights and strategy.
  • Create ideas that flex across channels including social, digital, web, film, print and experiential.
  • Present creative thinking clearly and confidently internally and to clients where appropriate.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy across social, paid ads, landing pages, web copy, scripts, headlines, OOH/print and email.
  • Adapt tone of voice across B2B and B2C audiences while maintaining consistency and clarity.
  • Design campaign assets across digital and print with high craft in typography, layout and brand consistency.
  • Create and evolve templates and toolkits for scalable, multi-market campaign delivery.
  • Prepare artwork for production and ensure files are delivered correctly.
