Lead UA video creative concept development and own visual quality from brief to delivery. Brief and direct Motion Designers with clear, structured feedback across fast-moving production pipelines. Apply creative testing thinking using performance data to sharpen future output.
Join client calls, presenting your creative thinking and responding to client needs. Bring an AI-first mindset to ideation, concepting, and production workflows. Collaborate on projects with big gaming titles like Clash of Clans, Monopoly GO, and Merge Mansion.
Work project-based with potential for ongoing collaboration. Collaborate closely yet fluidly with Motion Designer and Creative Producer, enjoying a high degree of autonomy. We look forward to seeing your portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating high-performing mobile game marketing assets
- Strong visual direction skills with ability to balance aesthetic judgment and performance thinking
- Comfortable working at pace, juggling multiple workstreams, and operating independently
- Familiarity with AI generation tools and eagerness to apply them meaningfully
