We Are Social

Milan, IT · Full-time · €40,000 – €55,000

About this role

We Are Social is a global creative agency with over 1000 people across 16 offices, including 150+ in Milan. We deliver world-class creative campaigns and strategies based on social insights for best-in-class brands. As a Mid Weight Art Director, you will support the Design and Creative team in creating content across all media channels.

This is a very hands-on role where you create visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs and relay them to the Creative Supervisor or Head of Art. Your work focuses on specific campaigns or activations, as well as editorial and digital projects. You are responsible for design executions to a high standard, enabling others to do the same.

At We Are Social, we believe teamwork and respect for everyone's contribution lead to great results. We value flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes, always looking for new challenges to do better. You will work in a young, creative, and dynamic environment with an average age of 30.

As a natural visual thinker, you will expand your skills and learn from senior art directors. The agency offers career path design with quarterly check-ins and annual evaluations for professional growth. The WAS Passport allows you to work two weeks per year in any global office.
