About this role
We're seeking an Art Director to lead our creative vision and drive the visual identity of our projects. You'll work closely with our design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling, impactful designs that elevate the brand experience.
Day-to-day, you will oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences. You'll review and approve designs to ensure they meet brand guidelines and project goals, and present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients.
As a leader, you'll mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and development teams to align on project objectives and deliverables in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
- Proficient with design software and technologies (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Effective communicator and natural leader who can guide and motivate a creative team.
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Responsibilities
