About this role

Thinkingbox is the brief to built agency, creating innovative digital, experiential, social, and content for leading brands in sports, gaming, entertainment, and technology. As a Senior Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in developing big ideas and bringing them to life across integrated campaigns. You’re a strong conceptual thinker and sharp writer who adapts tone and storytelling across formats from social content to brand campaigns.

You’ll develop and write for integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and content. Concept big ideas in partnership with art directors and creative teams, translating strategy into clear, compelling creative. Write across formats including campaign platforms, scripts, social, web, and brand voice while ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging.

Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and producers to create compelling and effective work. Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in a copywriting role at an agency or similar environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
  • Proven ability to concept and execute ideas across multiple channels
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and craft
  • Experience working on digital, social, and ideally experiential or brand activations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, design, and production
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior writers and creatives
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints
