About this role

You develop integrated campaigns and visual ideas with the team that function across channels and platforms. You actively contribute to idea development and work closely with Copy, Strategy, and Consulting from the first thought to implementation. This role focuses on creating visual narratives that are consistent across various channels.

Day-to-day involves building campaigns logically and developing a sense for linking classical and digital media. You gain understanding of relevant Social-Media platforms' mechanics. The emphasis is on Mobile-First approaches and platform-appropriate ideas.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience as (Junior) Art Director in an agency (e.g. through internships, training, or as working student)
  • First experience developing integrated campaigns with focus on Social Media and Mobile-First approaches
  • Good understanding of Social-Media platforms, logics, trends, and formats (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Sense for visual storytelling, imagery, design, and typography especially in digital context
  • Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite and first experiences with Motion, 3D, or AI tools
  • Interest in integrating AI tools creatively into workflow for ideation, visuals, or content production
  • Portfolio showing how you think, develop ideas, and transfer to channels – not just visual appeal
