About this role

The WITHIN team is expanding and seeking a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to support marketing efforts across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Retail Media. This role offers hands-on experience developing expertise in performance marketing. You'll collaborate with internal teams and clients in a fast-growing company.

Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to drive performance-driven strategies. Communicate via email and meetings to align on goals. Thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment as an analytical, creative team member.

Gain exposure to creating and managing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Focus on targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis for engagement and conversions. Optimize across multiple channels depending on projects.

Develop skills in paid search on Google Ads and Bing through keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies. Explore programmatic advertising with DSPs for display, video, and native ads. Build foundation in email, affiliate, SEO, influencer, and retail media tactics.

  • Craft compelling email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize through testing
