About this role

Manna is the performance marketing and lead generation arm of Creative Clicks, focused on scaling businesses that positively impact people’s lives. We run Google, Native, and performance channels at scale, operate proprietary funnels, and deliver high-quality leads to enterprise partners across healthcare, home improvement, insurance, and lifestyle. Media buying at Manna is data-driven, AI-assisted, and production-oriented performance comes first.

We’re looking for a Junior Google & Native Media Buyer who wants to learn fast, own campaigns, and grow into a strong performance marketer. Support the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads and Native campaigns. Launch and monitor campaigns across search, display, and native networks.

Assist with keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget management while analyzing performance metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, CTR, and lead quality. Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Work closely with senior media buyers, creative, and operations teams.

Maintain clean reporting and structured campaign setups in a fast-paced, international, performance-driven environment. Entry-level role offers hands-on training from experienced performance marketers. Clear growth path into Media Buyer positions with strong learning curve in Google, Native, and AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads (Demandgen)
  • Interest in Native advertising and lead generation models
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Good English communication skills
