Precision AQ, the leading payer marketing agency, supports global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients in the achievement of commercial excellence. To keep pace with our growing agency, we are recruiting a VP, Group Account Director to support our team. This role acts as the business lead for the agency team, responsible for all facets of assigned client business.

The VP, Group Account Director carries out the client’s vision and ensures proper alignment of resources to deliver against it. Possesses an in-depth understanding of client business issues, industry, competitors, and brands while constantly attuned to evolving client needs. Communicates effectively—and credibly—with senior and executive clients.

Coaches account team throughout all stages of development to ensure work meets client expectations, stays on brand, and aligns with marketing strategy. Actively engaged in driving day-to-day development of account and department teams. Provides inspiring team training, thoughtful career road maps, and models specific behaviors.

Creates thought-provoking scopes of work reflecting client needs and identifies organic growth opportunities. Manages financial health of accounts, including growth, profitability, and forecasts. Partners with peers and strategy to innovate, maximize ROI, and build strong senior client relationships for groundbreaking solutions.
