As VP Group Account Director, you will spearhead a team of client service experts and orchestrate management of a diverse portfolio of accounts and brands. This elevated role places you at the helm of cultivating senior-level client relationships and fostering organic growth.
You will hold P&L responsibility for assigned clients, discover and manage opportunities and risks across the portfolio, and relentlessly develop roadmaps to leverage ongoing opportunities for client success. Act as the client ambassador within Klick, monitor project execution for regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering programs across multiple channels. Exceed client expectations while articulating brand vision and objectives to drive business forward.

Requirements
- 12+ years client services experience in the advertising industry
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience
- Comfortable managing 12M+ in scope of business
- Oncology experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US
- Disciplined self-starter able to work independently
- Comfortable taking educated risks and making decisions
Responsibilities
