All Response Media is searching for an ambitious Offline Account Manager ready to level up. If AV-led strategy gets you fired up and fast-paced agencies feel like home, this is your moment.

You'll be right at the heart of the action, partnering with Account Directors and Business Directors to plan, activate and deliver standout AV-led campaigns across Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts and Audio. Your day includes confident use of industry tools like TechEdge, MediaOcean, and BARB to uncover insights and drive optimisation.

Requirements

  • Analytical, organised, and commercially minded
  • Proven experience in offline media planning and buying across TV, Radio, OOH, or Print
  • Strong proficiency with industry tools such as TechEdge, MediaOcean, or BARB
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client and media owner relationships
  • Experience managing campaign finances including billing and reconciliation
  • Track record of mentoring or developing junior team members
  • Confidence in presenting plans, insights, and results to clients

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery and performance of high-impact multi-channel campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, OOH, Print and Audio
  • Confidently use industry tools (TechEdge, MediaOcean, YouGov, AdIntel, TGI, BARB) to uncover insight and drive optimisation
  • Build strong media owner partnerships
  • Handle campaign finances with precision, covering billing, invoicing and reconciliation
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong, collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Lead planning and buying across Offline (DRTV, Radio, OOH, Print)
  • Own client relationships, confidently presenting plans, insights and results
  • Deliver campaigns end-to-end on time, on budget, and spot on
