About this role

This is an exciting position as a Biddable Business Director within Havas Media Network, with a focus on our luxury brand portfolio. You'll be working with some of our most prestigious clients, with a strong emphasis on agility and best in class media delivery.

Working with the Head of Paid Social and Head of Programmatic, you'll support the development of an innovative proposition across the agency. You will lead a team of Paid Social and Programmatic specialists to roll out learning initiatives across client teams and groups, as well as create best practice processes and behaviours.

You are expected to strategically design and lead Biddable products and implementation for clients, driving a truly integrated direction alongside Client, Data & Engineering and Product & Investment teams. The role spans London, Leeds, Manchester, and Edinburgh, servicing clients through our agency brands including Havas Media, Arena Media, Forward Media, Ledger Bennett, and Havas Market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in biddable media, with a focus on paid social and programmatic
  • Ability to strategically design and lead Biddable products and implementation for clients
  • Experience leading and developing a team of specialists
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand media delivery and client expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Client, Data & Engineering and Product & Investment teams
  • Demonstrated ability to create best practice processes and behaviours
