About this role
This role sits at the intersection of TikTok Shop and the fashion vertical, driving creator-led commerce on one of the world's fastest-growing platforms. You will own the end-to-end creator development strategy for fashion, balancing short-term execution with long-term ecosystem growth.
Day-to-day, you will build and refine internal processes that support both merchants and creators, diagnose audience conversion metrics from creator e-commerce content, and deliver performance reports that surface actionable insights. You will also amplify successful creator case studies to increase TikTok Shop creator business awareness within the fashion community.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to forge creator and merchant partnerships that directly support creator revenue. This includes attending merchant meetings to improve merchant awareness of the creator network and driving adoption of creator sales among fashion merchants.

Requirements
- Passionate about the commerce industry and creator-driven sales models
- Experience developing creator or influencer strategies, ideally within fashion or e-commerce
- Ability to analyze audience conversion metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of building cross-functional partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its creator ecosystem
- Experience working with merchants or brands to drive adoption of creator sales programs
Responsibilities
- Make both short-term and long-term TikTok Shop Fashion level creator development strategy
- Be responsible for growing e-commerce creator scale and sales within Fashion
- Build and develop improved internal processes to support merchant and creator growth
- Deliver Fashion creator performance reports and insights by diagnosing audience conversion metrics of creator e-commerce content
- Increase Fashion TikTok Shop creator business awareness by building and amplifying Fashion creator successful case studies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive creator and merchant partnerships to support creator revenue
- Attend merchant meetings to help improve merchant awareness of the creator network and support adoption of creator sales among the Fashion merchants
