About this role
As a Media Director, you’ll support the vision and strategic plan for the account, ensuring success across Work Quality, Client Relationships, Financials, and Team Health. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing media strategies integral to their business success and launch industry-leading work that propels the business forward.
You will manage and provide team leadership to the media plan process, including ideation formation, presentation, and implementation. You will manage multiple campaigns at a time across multiple channels, ensuring full budget utilization and measurement touch bases throughout.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional SBU partners, client agencies, and strategy/analytics teams to evaluate and select the right partners for investment. This role requires a high level of comfort presenting to all levels of clients and internal senior management. You will also drive relationships with internal teams and partners including strategy, buying, analytics and SBUs.
You will prioritize mentorship and career development of your team, while fostering a collaborative mindset across departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is nimble and solution-oriented, and demonstrates initiative as a self-starter. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable, measurable media objectives, strategies, and plan KPIs.
- Manage and provide team leadership to the media plan process, including ideation, presentation, and implementation.
- Manage multiple campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously.
- Work with SBU partners to ensure strategic alignment with performance-based campaigns (Search/Social/Programmatic).
- Work closely with strategy and analytics to identify appropriate data strategies to promote growth.
- Ensure plans deliver upon KPIs by providing measurement touch bases throughout the campaigns.
- Ensure full budget utilization, tracking, and stewardship across all reporting markets.
