Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to achieve performance and ROI goals. Manage multi-channel advertising including Search, Display, YouTube, and Discover. Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages using AI tools and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in multi-channel advertising including Search, Display, YouTube, and Discover
  • Skill in keyword, audience, and competitor research for growth opportunities
  • Experience creating and testing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages with AI tools
  • Ability to analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS for optimization
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking
  • Knowledge of advertising compliance in Nutra and similar sensitive niches

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to achieve performance and ROI goals
  • Manage multi-channel advertising (Search, Display, YouTube, Discover, etc.) and identify growth opportunities through keyword, audience, and competitor research
  • Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page angles using AI tools and data-driven insights
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and daily performance, analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to continuously optimize campaigns
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies, especially in sensitive niches like Nutra
