About this role

Join SVEN as a Junior Account Manager in a certified Great Place to Work digital agency. Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients. Identify client objectives and translate them into proper briefs for internal cascade.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop cost estimates for designated brands. Monitor assigned brands' welfare and facilitate document consolidation for procurement departments. Ensure timely billing, collection, and projects stay within budget.

Ensure timely implementation of assigned projects with clear updates to stakeholders. Troubleshoot challenges and escalate concerns as needed. Thrive in a supportive atmosphere with uplifting mentors, monthly programs, and recognition for wins.

Requirements

  • Ability to translate client objectives and needs into actionable internal briefs
  • Experience collaborating on cost estimates for creative brand projects
  • Proficiency in monitoring brand health and project budgets
  • Skill in facilitating procurement documents and materials consolidation
  • Competence in providing regular stakeholder updates
  • Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve project challenges in agency settings
  • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies for project management

Responsibilities

  • Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify, understand, and define client’s objectives and needs, translating into proper briefs for internal cascade
  • Work closely with client and internal teams in development and creation of cost estimates for designated brands
  • Monitor and ensure welfare and health of assigned brands
  • Facilitate consolidation of required documents and materials for clients’ purchasing/procurement departments
  • Ensure timely billing and collection
  • Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and procure necessary budget as needed
  • Troubleshoot project challenges, initiate solutions, and escalate concerns to concerned parties
