Conceptualize campaigns and creative proposals with a strong social-first approach. Write copy for social media, digital campaigns, websites, ads, and branded content. Develop scripts for audiovisual formats such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.

Collaborate closely with creative, design, video, and marketing teams. Build and maintain Tone of Voice guidelines. Propose ideas aligned with trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior while reviewing copy for clarity and impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative copywriting for agencies or digital brands
  • Strong portfolio focused on campaigns, storytelling, and digital content
  • Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid media
  • Ability to develop creative concepts and brand narratives
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and creative judgment skills
  • Knowledge of branding, communication, and digital audience behavior
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
  • Creative, strategic, and detail-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Propose ideas aligned with trends, digital culture, and consumer behavior
  • Review and optimize copy to ensure clarity, impact, and communication consistency
  • Support and mentor junior creative team members
