About this role
Wpromote is expanding our brand advertising capabilities and seeking a Group Creative Director (Writer) to lead the charge. You'll set the creative vision across multiple clients, drive brand narratives for new business pitches, and build a high-performing team. This role demands a self-starter who rolls up sleeves to create work while thriving on big ideas.
Day-to-day involves leading creative vision and execution for high-profile brands, ensuring innovative, strategic, culturally relevant output. Drive big-idea full-funnel campaigns spanning Linear TV, CTV, paid digital, social, and more. Collaborate closely with SVP, Head of Creative, and drive client relationships at highest levels.
Partner with SVP to drive the Creative Department, grow capabilities, hire FTEs and freelancers, and lead multiple projects autonomously. Work in unison with Media, Strategy, Client Services, Production, Project Management, and other disciplines. Pitch and win new business with compelling creative presentations from you and your team.

Requirements
- Portfolio required—include link and password if applicable
- Track record of pitching and winning new business
- Thrive in generating big ideas across full-funnel—from Linear TV and CTV to paid digital, social, and everything in between
- Self-starter who can drive work and roll up sleeves to make work
- Experience leading creative vision for multiple clients in brand advertising
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines and drive client relationships at highest levels
- Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing creative teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution for multiple high-profile brands, ensuring work is innovative, strategic, and culturally relevant
- Drive the development of big-idea, full-funnel advertising campaigns spanning TV, CTV, digital video, social, and more
- Partner with the SVP, Head of Creative to drive the Creative Department, grow the team’s creative capabilities, hire FTE and freelancers, and lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Pitch and win new business with smart, compelling, creative presentations crafted by you and your team members
- Work in unison with other agency departments, including Media, Strategy, Client Services, Production, Project Management, etc.
