As Associate Creative Director, Copy, you will shape the voice and narrative quality of our work across B2B digital campaigns, content programs, and customer experience platforms. You will partner closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to develop ideas that are both smart and resonant.

This role sits within our creative practice, giving you direct impact on output quality for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with analytics, engineering, and media teams, ensuring copy is informed by real audience behavior and performance data.

You will also play a hands-on mentorship role with junior writers, helping raise the craft bar across the team. The breadth of work—from long-form thought leadership to UX writing and sales enablement—allows you to apply strong instincts across formats and push for bigger ideas when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience.
  • At least 2–3 years in a senior or ACD-level role at an agency or in-house creative team.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong copy craft across B2B campaigns, content, and digital experiences.
  • Ability to work across a full content ecosystem including long-form thought leadership, campaign concepting, UX writing, email nurture, and sales enablement.
  • Strategic thinking that goes beyond responding to briefs, actively shaping messaging architecture and content strategy.
  • Experience collaborating directly with analytics, engineering, and media teams to ground creative in audience behavior and data.
  • Strong editorial judgment for AI-assisted content workflows, balancing speed with human-first craft.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead copy concepting on integrated campaigns from initial brief through final execution across digital, content, and media channels.
  • Partner with art directors to develop ideas that work visually and verbally, not just headlines on top of design.
  • Translate complex B2B value propositions into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with senior decision-makers.
  • Write and edit across formats: long-form content, landing pages, display, email, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand voice guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and channels.
  • Bring editorial judgment to AI-assisted workflows, knowing when to use generative tools to accelerate and when craft requires a human-first approach.
  • Participate in client briefings and presentations, articulating creative rationale clearly and confidently.
  • Review, edit, and provide structured feedback on work from junior and mid-level copywriters, modeling strong craft standards.
