We are seeking a Social Creative Director to lead content strategy and creative direction for one of the agency’s most significant entertainment accounts. The role involves setting the vision for how the brand shows up across social, establishing best practices and raising the bar on creative quality.

Sitting above a central team of directors and a global network of market creative leads, you will guide overarching direction while partnering closely with senior client stakeholders and agency leadership. The position requires fluency at both macro and granular levels, from long-term frameworks to day-to-day output oversight.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone obsessed with audience behaviour and internet culture who can scale learnings across markets without losing cultural relevance or strategic sharpness.

Requirements

  • Defined and led the overarching creative vision across large accounts, translating this vision into clear briefs and goals.
  • Maintained ultimate oversight and quality assurance across all content output including campaigns, publishing and multiple markets.
  • Built and oversaw systems, workflows and publishing operations ensuring consistency in ways of working and editorial processes.
  • Acted as a senior strategic partner to client stakeholders and agency leadership on content direction and account growth.
  • Led and mentored senior content leads, creating clarity and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Translated business objectives, cultural insight and platform behaviour into clear frameworks and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee systems, workflows and publishing operations to ensure consistency in editorial processes and publishing standards at scale.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to client stakeholders and agency leadership on content direction, performance and account growth.
  • Lead and mentor senior content leads, creating clarity, momentum and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Translate business objectives, cultural insight and platform behaviour into clear frameworks and priorities that guide global teams.
