We have an immediate opening for an On-Call Associate Creative Director / Copywriter to join our creative studio. You will lead development of engaging and impactful omnichannel creative.

Conceptualize and execute relevant, authentic, and compelling ideas across print, digital, video, collateral, and social content. Effectively communicate clients’ brand messages to achieve key marketing and communications objectives. This variable-hour, on-call position suits experienced professionals seeking flexible, project-based work.

Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, strategy, research, analytics, and data to develop creative solutions driving business outcomes. Collaborate with external partners such as clients, freelancers, and vendors to execute campaigns on time and within budget. Oversee creative assets ensuring they are on-brand, on-strategy, and meet quality standards.

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate creative output. Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating rationale and advocating effectiveness. Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities while maintaining high creativity and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field AND 5 years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on advertising, marketing, or communications OR 8 years of experience without a degree
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative ideas and 360 campaigns across various mediums and platforms
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration
  • Passion for creative writing in print, digital, video, collateral, and social content
  • Experience leading development of engaging omnichannel creative
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas across platforms to communicate brand messages

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually innovate and improve creative output
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the rationale behind the work and persuasively advocating for its effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail
