Requirements

  • Leadership qualities to motivate teams and maintain high morale
  • Deep knowledge of clients' business, internal structure, and key interactions
  • Expertise in current advertising, design, visual communications, and cutting-edge styles
  • Working knowledge of various media including print production process
  • Ability to develop conceptual approaches with copywriters to meet objectives
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate creative concepts and rationale
  • Big picture thinking combined with attention to details
  • Experience acting as gatekeeper for highest quality creative output
