Excel at turning data on audience behavior or campaign performance into actionable insights. Leverage experience in digital channels with clear understanding of measurement and targeting for planning and optimization. Use audience and market insight plus industry tools to inform client decisions.

Work closely with clients to interpret objectives, create measurement frameworks, write strategy, build testing methodologies, and diagnose performance. Monitor campaigns in real-time, share insights with channel experts, and build holistic views. Decipher digital measurement and ROI for prestigious clients alongside the Strategy & Planning team.

Requirements

  • Programmatic expertise with focus on activation across the funnel
  • Experience working with digital channels
  • Clear understanding of digital measurement and targeting for campaign planning and optimization
  • Adept at using audience and market insight to direct planning
  • Proficiency with industry tools to surface data on audiences, markets, and competitors
  • Experience working closely with clients to solve problems and invest media budgets
  • Ability to interpret client objectives, create measurement frameworks, and diagnose performance

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior client stakeholders to identify and solve key marketing challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams at Croud to pull plans together
  • Develop cross-channel media planning informed by all available data
  • Develop media strategy and recommendations under Senior Media Planner guidance
  • Present media plans and provide plan maintenance including objectives, strategies, and updates
  • Define audiences through segmentation and personas using planning tools
  • Maintain stewardship of reports including competitive analysis using Strategy software
  • Oversee measurement and testing strategy across channels to drive performance improvements
