As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the evolution and visibility of Rodeo FX’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you will design and adapt visual assets for both internal and external audiences while ensuring the consistent application of established brand standards.

Your day-to-day involves collaborating with Marketing, Production, Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with company objectives. You will design professional presentations using Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint, and create visuals for newsletters, social media, promotional campaigns, and other communication platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to showcase the work of our artists and support strategic business initiatives within a creative partner to the world’s best storytellers including Netflix, HBO, Disney, Marvel, Amazon Studios, Warner Bros., and Sony. You will help deliver a cohesive brand experience across all platforms while refining your skills in a dynamic, award-winning environment.

Requirements

  • Strong artistic judgment, attention to detail, and technical execution in design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with presentation tools like Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet established deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work for digital and print materials.
  • Knowledge of web and digital platform asset requirements (website, intranet, social media).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the consistent application of Rodeo FX’s visual identity, graphic standards, and typographic guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Design visual assets and promotional materials supporting marketing and corporate communication initiatives.
  • Produce creative materials for client presentations, conferences, recruitment campaigns, events, and internal initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain presentation templates tailored to various business and communication needs using Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
  • Create visuals for newsletters, social media, promotional campaigns, and other communication platforms.
  • Design and adapt visual assets for the corporate website and intranet, supporting integration and maintenance.
  • Perform thorough quality control reviews to ensure accuracy in layout, typography, colour application, formatting, and asset delivery.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on proper brand usage and visual best practices.
