Visueller Geschichtenerzähler*in with social drive wanted to actively shape our social media presence. Bring your sense for trends and compelling storytelling to develop fresh formats that turn creative ideas into engaging moving images and inspiring interviews on key societal topics.

Strategically conceive and produce high-impact social media formats including videos, TikTok snackables and interviews for our core themes in education, environment, social affairs, culture and politics. Develop and execute social-first campaigns from initial concept through performance analysis.

Requirements

Completed studies in a relevant field or comparable qualification with initial professional experience in art direction and social media
Practical experience conceiving, creating and managing social media content and campaigns with solid knowledge of key platforms
Interest in strategic contexts, a feel for current trends and ability to creatively translate societal messages
Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop plus practical experience in animation and ideally illustration
Hands-on experience using KI tools
Proactive, results-oriented personality with team spirit motivated to shape projects independently

Responsibilities
