As a GenAI Senior Graphic Designer, you'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social. You'll design, layout, animate, and refine digital marketing assets, directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate and enhance production processes.

You'll be trained on our proprietary AI platform, Pencil, and use it alongside other GenAI tools to produce creative solutions that stand out in the market. You'll blend classic design and motion skills with GenAI-powered techniques, helping us produce scalable, standout content for high-profile brands.

Requirements

Expert grasp of digital, social, and motion design.
Motion design skills and experience with animation and video formats.
Eager to embrace GenAI workflows and learn proprietary AI platforms like Pencil.
Hands-on experience across all phases of a project from ideation to final delivery.
Detail-oriented and creative with a strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design and motion work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects).
Understanding of best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social.
Design, layout, animate, and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats) directly leveraging GenAI tools.
Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs.
Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image and video generation, and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques.
Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts, ensuring best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution.
Blend classic design and motion skills with GenAI-powered techniques to produce scalable, standout content for high-profile brands.
