About this role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging content across digital and marketing channels. This role focuses on creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits, and visual storytelling assets that enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop compelling campaigns, promotional videos, social media content, and branded visual experiences. Day-to-day work involves designing social media videos, advertisements, explainer videos, product showcases, and editing raw footage with animations, transitions, and typography.
Working in a fast-paced creative environment, you will manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. You will contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions, helping translate concepts into impactful visual narratives that improve audience engagement.
This role offers the opportunity to stay updated with the latest motion design trends and animation techniques. You will develop innovative concepts and creative solutions that drive campaign effectiveness while working across diverse digital platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, Video Editing, or a related creative field.
- Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects with hands-on experience creating professional-quality animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into visually compelling motion graphics and video content.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative setting while maintaining high-quality output.
