About this role

The Graphic Designer prepares artwork for internal and external wayfinding signages on assigned projects at Swan Global. The role centers on graphics drawing and client coordination to secure approvals before production begins.

Daily work includes overseeing printing machines, lamination, and cutting equipment while monitoring output and minimizing waste. Color accuracy is verified against client requirements throughout the production cycle.

Coordination extends to aluminium sections for outline cutting and to applicators for final installation according to approved artworks. Delivery notes are prepared under supervisor guidance for timely project completion.

The position demands hands-on management of signage and printing production workflows in a fast-paced advertising environment. Success depends on precise execution and consistent quality across all stages.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree, preferably with a Graphics designing course
5-10 years of relevant experience in signage, printing production, and advertising
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, FlexiSIGN, Excel, 3D Word, and PowerPoint
3D design skills are beneficial
Must provide own workstation and software including Photoshop, CorelDRAW, FlexiSIGN, Excel, PowerPoint, 3D Word, and 3D Design

Responsibilities

Draw graphics and coordinate with clients for approval before sending work for print production, lamination, and cutting
Oversee operation of all printing, lamination, and cutting machines
Verify that colors used in artworks meet client satisfaction standards
Coordinate with clients for final approval following supervisor direction
Monitor machines to achieve maximum output with minimum wastage
Ensure optimal production levels, resource use, and maximum output
Instruct applicators on final application according to approved artworks
Coordinate with aluminium section by sending outline artworks for proper cutting
