About this role
INFUSE is looking for a talented Associate Manager to work with our Creative Teams. This is an opportunity to join a role at the center of fast-paced campaign production where your daily impact is removing blockers, improving processes, and helping creative specialists deliver high-quality work on time for international clients.
You will coordinate day-to-day Creative Teams operations and ensure team alignment with department goals. You handle errors, communicate with the Client Success Team, and run operational meetings like dailies and cross-team syncs. You assist team leads with complex client requests and log systemic errors for process improvements.
Our creative teams are supportive and collaborative, fully remote, and work on interesting projects using modern tools. You report to the Creative Teams Manager and work closely with specialists to maintain quality standards. You will conduct regular process reviews and initiate optimization tasks, documenting workflows and updating operational guides. You participate in testing process changes and collect team feedback to formulate improvement proposals. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in team operations management
- B2–C1 English level
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience setting up and tracking KPIs and goals
- Error handling and ability to work under pressure
- Critical thinking skills for process analysis
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with AI models and tools (Claude, Gemini, GPT)
Responsibilities
