About this role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Content Writer & SEO Strategist to take ownership of both content creation and organic growth strategy. This role combines hands-on writing across a variety of formats with responsibility for driving SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives.
You will create content that supports business growth, generates demand, and contributes to pipeline outcomes by developing compelling content assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure every piece is strategically positioned for maximum visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer platforms.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content writing and SEO strategy.
- Proven portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form B2B content.
- Experience creating thought leadership content and ghostwriting in executive or founder voices.
- Strong hands-on SEO expertise across keyword strategy, topic planning, on-page optimization, and content performance.
- Ability to independently manage both strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience using SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and/or HubSpot for content publishing and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and delivery of all written content, including website content, LinkedIn articles, and campaign assets.
- Create high-value lead generation content such as guides, reports, whitepapers, and playbooks.
- Develop persuasive landing page copy and advertising content in collaboration with performance marketing stakeholders.
- Produce and ghostwrite executive and founder thought leadership content.
- Lead SEO strategy development and implementation, including keyword research, topic planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content architecture.
- Own and continuously refine GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Ensure content is effectively positioned and optimized for visibility across search engines, AI-powered answer engines, and emerging discovery platforms.
- Execute optimization initiatives and work closely with relevant teams to maximize content reach and performance.
