As a Graphic Designer, you'll have a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand taking the world by storm, working in a fast-paced environment with new collections and product launches.

You will be the creative force behind BURGA's visual identity, turning ideas into impactful designs that inspire and connect. Your role involves creating consistent designs for web, collections, and launches, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to shape strong visual concepts.

You'll work closely with the design team on a variety of projects, improving quality and turnaround time while supporting other departments with visuals that fit brand guidelines. This extremely versatile environment requires taking ownership of complex projects with minimal supervision and continuously fixing visual inconsistencies.

You'll stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising space, contributing to a brand that's rewriting the rules. With 500+ passionate humans and a new 10-million-euro manufacturing facility, your work directly influences how BURGA presents itself to the world.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong branding focus.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Open to exploring and integrating emerging AI models into their workflow.
  • Strong typography, layout, and design skills.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, with good communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to stay up-to-date with design trends.

Responsibilities

  • Create consistent designs for web, collection and product launches.

  • Support other departments by translating their ideas into strong visuals that fit our brand guidelines.
  • Take ownership of complex design projects with minimal supervision.
  • Continuously seek out and fix visual inconsistencies across all brand materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising space.
