Horizon Media seeks an Executive Creative Director for HS&E in a temporary capacity. This role leads creative strategy for advertising campaigns focused on health, safety, and environment sectors. Drive innovative concepts within a leading creative agency environment.

Oversee development of creative briefs, concepts, and executions for HS&E projects. Collaborate with account, strategy, and production teams on campaign delivery. Review and refine deliverables to meet client and brand standards.

Lead and mentor creative teams including copywriters, designers, and art directors. Operate in Horizon Media's dynamic agency setting with cross-functional collaboration. Foster a culture of bold, effective advertising creativity.

Requirements

  • Proven creative leadership in advertising agencies
  • Strong portfolio of integrated campaign work
  • Expertise in conceptualizing HS&E sector advertising
  • Experience directing large creative teams
  • Knowledge of agency production workflows
  • Strategic ability to align creative with business goals
  • Proficiency in client presentations and pitches
  • Understanding of digital, print, and broadcast formats

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative vision and strategy for HS&E advertising campaigns
  • Develop and pitch innovative concepts to clients
