About this role

Do you geek out on media buying and love driving revenue through direct response marketing? Client Accelerators is seeking a Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager to research, strategize, and run ads on YouTube and other platforms.

You will manage upwards of $50,000 to $75,000 a day on YouTube, helping grow our current $3 million monthly spend to $5 million this year. Daily tasks include forecasting targets, analyzing ad performance, and optimizing funnels based on data.

You'll work within a pod of videographers, copywriters, strategists, and data scientists to plan each client, script creative, launch campaigns, and hit quarterly targets. Clients include top names like Russell Brunson, Anik Singal, Mike Tyson, and Dan Bilzerian.

Great creative is the key to scaling paid traffic, and you'll drive creative strategy alongside our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape growth strategies for major consulting and expert brands in a rapidly expanding agency environment.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for media buying and direct response marketing, with a track record of driving revenue through paid ads.
  • Proven experience managing large daily ad budgets (e.g., $50,000+) on YouTube and other major platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making, including forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to identify weak points in sales funnels and optimize conversion rates based on industry benchmarks.
  • Experience developing creative strategies and collaborating with copywriters, videographers, and strategists.
  • Familiarity with competitor research methods to inspire effective ad and funnel approaches.
  • Comfort with fast-paced agency environments and scaling winning campaigns rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage media buying across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Search & Display, handling up to $75,000 per day on YouTube.
  • Forecast and create different scenarios to hit client targets, mapping out current ad metrics and conversion rates.
  • Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Identify funnel pages that aren’t hitting industry benchmarks and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
  • Work with the creative team to develop new angles, big ideas, and drive overall creative strategy for clients.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas that set the agency apart from the competition.
  • Conduct competitor research to inspire ad and funnel strategies rather than reinventing the wheel.
